Plus, there's the perception gap. Quality is a full-spectrum thing. We once sent a client a simple thank-you package with a couple of highball glasses engraved with our logo—nothing extravagant, just really solid glasses. The client mentioned it in their next email: "Nice glassware, by the way. You clearly don't cut corners." That's a tiny detail, but it's the same mindset. Details tell people who you are before you open your mouth.
